I saw this week on a few other mommy blogs, the "Hungry Girl" cookbook and web site. The recipes look great (yum, cheesecake brownies) and the recipes are all low-fat! (The author does thinks like substituting pumpkin puree for oil and eggs.)
You can sign up for her daily newsletter at http://www.hungry-girl.com/ which gives shopping tips (such as new low-fat/healthy foods you can pick up at the grocery store).
P.S . Yesterday, I called my mom and she happened to be shopping in Walmart, so I told her about the cookbook. She picked up a copy for $10. I can't wait to see it! (Thanks Mom!)
