and OMG about your scale story!!! I DO the same thing! I have opened scales in target and snuck on them many a time, LOL So funny...I always try to look like I am just examining it, then I sit it on the floor and hop on...luckily I usually do the non battery ones. HA Good thing they are at the end of the aisles on the back of the row. HA
GOOD FOR YOU!!!! That is an awesome feeling. I have been bad this past month and usually post more on health and well-th instead of pasta and fried zucchini. I'm in a rut but can appreciate the 2.5 in one week. That's a perfect amount! I have been approaching bottom before I get back on the right track. MY GOAL IS TO GET UP at 5:30am tomorrow to get on with it.

No I didn't buy a scale, I went to Publix (grocery store!) and there is a big one in the front!
