Weight Loss - Adding Green Tea

After doing some research last night on weight loss by the use of green tea, I'm adding the drink to the Slim-Fast plan today. Now, I don't ever drink tea, but I don't mind the Lipton Green Tea (which is odd because many people consider it bitter). So I am drinking two cups of hot green tea a day with a squeeze of lemon juice.

The raspberry white tea by lipton is really good too. It has all of the antioxidants too.

yum, I think ANY warm tea can help too...but green just SEEMS better for you, so I use it too. :)

I've never tried green tea... now I have a reason.
