Looking to lose the last few pounds:

Okay OSBs...You know that I just lost 8 pounds by eating protein bars for lunch (instead of fast food), walking faithfully on the treadmill, and drinking extra green tea. I have 3.5 pounds to go, so am looking for a way to "step it up". I just came across this information and wanted to share it with you all (see below). It sounds pretty cool and I am looking into more details!

Well, while it sounds great, I think you can do it on your own without spending the money. I was at your point a few months ago and needed to lose those last few lbs & was on a plateau. Those last 2 weeks I just started eating different but just as healthy foods, like instead of a protein bar for lunch, have a shake. Then threw something in the workout mix that was different, like running on the treadmill in bursts between walking. Or instead of doing 1200 cals Mon & Tuesday I did 1000 on Monday and 1400 on Tuesday. So, it wasn't just a matter of stepping it up, but stepping out & doing anything to break from the routine to shock your bod. You'll do it no matter what you decide.
