"Mommy & Me" Day: First Manicure

Today, Princess Mimi and I had some "girl time" before heading to a friend's baby shower.

We walked into Sally's Beauty store to find the nail polish on sale, "Buy 2 Get 1 Free".

So I picked out 2 and let Princess pick out 1. I then went next door to a nail shop and had her nails painted for only $3.

Of course she LOVED it.She wanted purple.

"Winnie the Pooh" Day

Princess Mimi woke up this morning and declared it was "Winnie the Pooh" Day. Um, okay!?! I'll play along. She went into her bedroom and picked out a Pooh shirt and matching jeans to wear today. Then, she found all her Pooh toys and lined them up on the sofa. I was able to find some Pooh color pages on the computer and printed them out. Once her brother was up, she insisted he also wear a Pooh outfit.

Watching her Pooh DVDI decided to go along with her "Theme Day" and gave the kids waffles and honey for breakfast.

(Notice the time of this post--it's only 9:20am! I am not sure how much more "Pooh" activities I can find for us to do today!)

We love your soup. In fact, my two-year old eats an entire can of Dora (or Cars) soup by himself. But I was noticing this week that the "backpack" in the Dora soup, looks more like a mug of beer! I'm just saying....

Problems viewing Blogspot blogs??

So lately, I open up a blog and start reading only for an "operation aborted" notice to pop up and it won't let me view the blog (it goes to an error page). Anyone else having this problem? Is it a virus of some sort or a problem with blogspot??

I have a secret!

So for the past few months I have been trying out a new career. I didn't tell anyone because I didn't know if it would fit me or not. I am now a "commercial actor". And my first TV commercial just hit the air! (You can see me, well more of my hands, ha, from seconds 15 to 18--green sweater!) Enjoy!

Me and Blogging

I love blogging; I've done it for a long time now. And I love catching up with you all. But lately, I just don't seem to have time. Between migraines, keeping the kids busy this summer and my "real" job, I feel that I have been neglecting many of you. I used to find pelasure in blogging and now it feels like more pressure.
