Here is a super cute idea I found on pinterest:
Well, I had just a couple of hours to put together treat bags for my daughter's class (7 kids have summer birthdays so the class is having one big party today at lunch), so printed these up and voila!
(I found the smaller treat bags by Wilton at Walmart, 50 bags, $2.50)
